dulmina.com is the personal website of Dulmina Peiris, based in Sri Lanka. It presents professional information, projects, articles, educational material, services, and selected personal or professional gallery content.

2. Information you choose to provide

The main way this website collects information directly from you is the contact form. Depending on what you enter, a submission may include:

• your company or organisation, if you choose to provide it; and
• the message and any information you include in that message.

Please avoid sending passwords, authentication codes, private keys, API keys, financial information, highly sensitive personal information, or confidential third-party data through the contact form.

3. Contact form processing through Web3Forms

The contact form uses Web3Forms, a third-party form processing service. When you submit the form, the information you enter is sent to Web3Forms so the message can be processed and forwarded to the relevant email inbox.

Web3Forms states in its documentation that form submissions are processed and forwarded rather than stored as a submission database, although server logs may temporarily contain information related to requests. Its infrastructure may process data outside Sri Lanka, including in the United States.

4. Technical information and Cloudflare

This website is delivered and protected using Cloudflare services. As part of normal website delivery, security, reliability, abuse prevention and network operations, Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP addresses, request details, browser or device information, timestamps and security signals.

Cloudflare Web Analytics may also be used to understand aggregate site usage and performance. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as privacy-first and cookie-free, and states that it does not collect or use visitors' personal data for that analytics product.

5. How information is used

Information processed through this site may be used to:

• reply to messages and enquiries;
• maintain, secure and troubleshoot the website;
• understand aggregate site usage and performance;
• prevent spam, abuse and malicious activity; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations where required.

6. Sharing and sale of personal information

I do not sell personal information submitted through this website. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the site, such as Cloudflare and Web3Forms, or disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights and security.

7. Retention

Messages received through the contact form or email may be retained for as long as reasonably useful for responding to the enquiry, maintaining a record of relevant communication, or meeting legal and security needs. Unnecessary information may be deleted when it is no longer required.

Technical logs and related information handled by third-party infrastructure providers are subject to their own retention practices and policies.

dulmina.com does not intentionally use first-party advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to operate without analytics cookies. Cloudflare may, however, set strictly necessary security cookies when particular security features, rate limiting or browser challenges are triggered.
